1000-Lb Sisters Amy Slaton's fame is reaching a breaking point after her family bosses her around.

Amy's family's intrusive presence has become overwhelming, leaving her feeling suffocated and desiring space. This constant intrusion from her family has led to a heightened sense of frustration and a need for independence. Tammy, on the other hand, expresses her aversion to the taste of asparagus and vows to never consume it again, highlighting her dietary restrictions due to personal preferences.

1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Slaton expressed her discomfort with her family constantly poking their noses into her business. While Amy is close to lashing out, she is choosing to remain calm and focused on her personal life.

A clip shared by UsWeekly from the new 1000-Lb Sisters episode shows Amy's family sitting around a dining table while eating dinner together. Amy had not joined them for the meal, and Tammy comments that Amy seems "overwhelmed." Their brother Chris Combs says, "We know she's overwhelmed," before adding that Amy doesn't see that she's missing out on moments that she could be cherishing when her kids are older. "She will truly miss it," he adds. While Amy respects her family's wishes and sits at the table with Gage, her letting out a burp in front of her chip gets her a scolding from her siblings. Amy desires "some breathing room."

"Amy realized that she wanted to leave the room with a plate of food for her son, but her family stopped her because they were concerned about the furniture. 'Don't feed your kids on the vacation rental couch,' Amanda Halterman said in her confessional. Amy felt that she was being unfairly singled out, and she was not a two-year-old who needed to be treated with disdain."

As the family enjoyed their seafood boil, Tammy spotted some asparagus. Chris explained that the sweetness of the pineapple "helped cut the bite of the asparagus." TLC star Amy's son, Gage, picked up some asparagus off his plate and ate it, while his mom was thrilled that her son liked the vegetable. However, the same cannot be said for Gage's aunt Tammy, who picked up a piece to taste it and immediately spit it out. Tammy's confessional interview revealed that she found the asparagus to be "disgusting," suggesting she would never eat it again.

1000-Lb Sisters airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
