The story at her transformation from Bullseye to this universe's version of Hawkeye. world of Avengers: Twilight introduces an aged and depowered Steve Rogers who is brought back into heroism by a rebellious new Defenders led Luke Cage. Clint Barton, famously known as Hawkeye, initially started his journey with the Avengers as one of their adversaries. However, he was brought to Avengers Mansion by Jarvis, the AI butler, to prove his dedication to becoming a hero. In issue #2 of Avengers: Twilight, a character named Ramona has an opportunity to assassinate Steve (presumably Captain America), but she refrains from doing so after being inspired by his words. This suggests that she may have doubts about the Thunderbolts' claim of heroism. The covers of Avengers: Twilight #5 depict a woman wearing a costume that combines elements of Hawkeye and Bullseye, hinting that Ramona might leave the Thunderbolts and join forces with Steve, Luke Cage, and Ms. Marvel in their fight against tyranny.
Ramona's connection to the original Bullseye, a supervillain known for his exceptional marksmanship, is speculated upon. Bullseye is a psychopathic rival of Daredevil, capable of turning almost any object into a deadly weapon. He has been both a member of the Thunderbolts and the Dark Avengers. Given that Tony Stark's son James plays a significant role in Twilight, it wouldn't be surprising if Ramona turned out to be Bullseye's biological daughter, trained by him in the art of marksmanship. However, Ramona's skills as the Bullseye character could also be utilized if she were to operate as a heroic Hawkeye.
If Captain America is assembling a new team of Avengers to confront James, "Jarvis," and other villains, Ramona's Bullseye persona would be a formidable addition to this heroic group. Based on future covers, it appears that Bullseye will eventually transform into Marvel's newest version of Hawkeye, a powerful force for good who, like Clint Barton, started her career as a villain.
