In the more recent Alien comics, a new type of Xenomorphs known as White Xenomorphs has introduced. These White Xenomorphs pose a challenge to the established power hierarchy within hive. As a result, a civil war breaks out among the Xenomorphs on ice moon of LV-695. Both subspecies eventually become dormant in the ice until their recent reemergence.
Furthermore, on LV-695, there is unleashed giant beast that has mutated after being exposed to Xenomorph DNA. This creature is now considered to be the largest "Xenomorph" in the entire franchise.

The biggest Xenomorph in the official Alien canon is the Queen Xenomorph, as seen in the film Aliens. However, a new "gest Xenomorph" has been introduced in the latest addition to official Alien lore, Alien Vol. 4 #3. In this comic, a Weyland-Yani recovery team awakens a giant beast from beneath the icy depths after an explosion caused by infested White Xenomorphs.
This enormous creature appears to be a mutated version of the indigenous creatures established in Alien Annual 2023 #1. It is believed that exposure to Xenomorph DNA, also known as the Black Goo, might have caused this mutation. There is also evidence suggesting that merging with Xenomorphs may have unique effects on alien species, resulting in subspecies such as the white xeno.
As for David, following Prometheus Alien: Covenant events, his fate remains unknown to fans of the franchise. However, it's possible that some answers may be found in one of the comics.
In conclusion, a xenomorph mutant is currently considered to be the franchise's biggest alien creature.
The Alien comics, published under Marvel Comics' 20th Century Studios banner, continue the original Alien film series and ignore all previous comic series for a more cohesive narrative. The recent volumes—Alien Vol. and 4—as well as Alien Annual 2023 #1 are part of one storyline set the ice moon of LV-695. Here, Xenomorphs used large native alien creatures to procreate, resulting in a new variant known White Xenomorphs that challenged the established power structure within the hive on LV-695, leading to a civil war.
survivors of this conflict went dormant in the ice but have recently resurged in Alien Vol. 3 and ongoing Vol. 4 Furthermore, there seems to be something else lurking beneath the ice due to unchecked Xenomorph mutations.
Although it's possible for Blackoo to mutate life forms into giants—as seen with Prometheus' Deacon in Dark Horse Comics' Fire and Stone crossover—the exact nature of this new giant creature is still unknown since it made its debut on the last page of Alien #3. However, what is certain is that this beast is by far the largest "Xenomorph" in the franchise—and it has just been unleashed.
Alien #3, produced by 20th Century Studios, is now available.
